About Real County Court Docket

Real County court dockets and case files are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice of the Peace, and any city court with jurisdiction. The 38th District Court also has an administrative location outside the county. This private reference resource organizes the official search links and office details so readers can identify the right custodian before requesting a docket, confirming a setting, or ordering a copy.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Texas begins with the office that holds the record. The Real County District Clerk keeps district criminal, civil, family, and juvenile files for the 38th District Court. The County Clerk handles county-court misdemeanor and probate records, while the Justice of the Peace keeps justice, traffic, small-claims, eviction, and debt matters. re:SearchTX can serve as a statewide cross-check, but Texas does not have one trial-court portal that replaces those custodians. The site was built to make that local routing clear and to distinguish a docket index from the documents and certified copies behind it.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket searches: ways to find and read Real County criminal dockets and civil dockets
  • Hearing settings: steps for reviewing court dates and confirming a current time and place
  • Case identification: name and case-number methods explained in the case lookup resource
  • Copies and files: routes for requesting court records from the responsible Real County clerk

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference resource, not part of a Texas court, clerk, county office, or state agency. Those limits mean the site cannot perform official court functions:

  • Retrieve an official docket sheet or case file
  • Set, move, cancel, or verify a hearing
  • Seal, remove, or amend a docket entry
  • Authenticate a copy of an order or other filing
  • Provide legal advice about an individual matter
  • Guarantee that an office detail or setting has not changed

An official or certified Real County court record must come from the clerk or court that keeps the case. A private website cannot issue or authenticate it.

Search Partners

Outside providers operate search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its results, prices, service terms, and data practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee for the site. That support does not give this site control over the provider or make its result an official Real County court record.
